Please read the general business conditions carefully before using the online store.
The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the business relationship between the provider and the customer. The user is bound by the general conditions that are valid at the time of placing the online order. By confirming the order, the user is familiar with the general business conditions, personal data protection and legal notice.

The online store is open every day, 24 hours a day. Due to various technical reasons, doing business through the online store or even accessing the store is sometimes not possible. Therefore, the provider reserves the right to limit or completely stop access to the online store for a specified or indefinite period of time. The provider does not assume responsibility for the non-functioning of the store due to ignorance of use, any consequences of abuse of the online store, non-functioning of the service due to network failure, power failure or other technical disturbances that could temporarily, or even for a long time, interfere with use.
1. Registration and purchase process
User registration is not required when ordering. It means that the order can be placed without registration, but it must be taken into account that the prices for unregistered users differ from the prices for registered users.
To order a products, it is mandatory to enter personal data (name, surname, address, e-mail address) and select delivery (personal collection, delivery by mail). In the case of purchasing a company, the name of the company and the tax number of the company are also mandatory.
Ordering a products begins with the selection of the offered publications by adding them to the basket with the “Order” button.. After making your selection and assuming you agree with the contents of the basket, proceed with the “Next Step” button. The purchase process below consists of three steps: 1 – purchase data, 2 – entry of personal data and selection of delivery method, 3 – order summary. You can interrupt the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window, unless you have already confirmed the order with the “Confirm order” button directly after the order summary. Once you have placed an order and confirmed the payment of the goods, an email will be sent to you to inform you of the order having been received. At this moment you become bound by your order. After the goods are dispatched to the address you have provided during the ordering process, an email notification will be sent to you.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value.
All prices are quoted in EUR (Euros) and include 5% or 22% Value Added Tax (VAT), depending on the product or service.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity, except in the case of promotions, when the validity of the offer is specifically indicated.
Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. After submitting the order, the user receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted or rejected.
Discount codes are valid only within the stated time period. Only one discount may be used per purchase, multiple discounts may not be added together. Discount codes are also not valid for already discounted products and special offer items. The detailed terms of the use of each specific discount code are specified within the marketing material in which the discount code is communicated (e-mail, newsletter,…) to the customer.
Offers are subject to availability and while stocks last.
Discount codes and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Payment method, payment confirmation and invoice
Method of payment for the products order or is by Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, Paypal or direct bank payment.
The invoice details the price, tax and all costs related to the purchase. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data for issuing the invoice before placing the order. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data on the account and to notify the provider of any errors within 8 working days at the latest. The provider does not take into account objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices.
4. Delivery and delivery costs
Delivery of ordered products in the online store is not included in the price of the product. Orders placed on weekdays by 4 p.m., or on Fridays by 2 p.m., will be processed and sent to the post office within 48 hours.
Warning: The deadline for delivery of products begins after receipt of payment.
Shipments are delivered by Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., therefore the general terms and conditions of Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. apply to the method of delivery.
If you believe that the delivery person needs additional information to deliver the shipment, please use the “Note” field in the delivery information.
5. Right to withdraw from the order
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PUBLICATION ORDER:
The buyer (consumer within the meaning of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act) can inform the provider in writing within 30 days of receiving the goods that he withdraws from the order, without having to give a reason for his decision.
Withdrawal from the order is sent by the buyer to the address Zavod Big, Rožna ulica 27, 1000 Ljubljana, with the note Web sale or by e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case of withdrawal from the order, the buyer must return the received goods immediately or within 30 days of receipt at the latest, or by mail to the above address of the seller or bring them personally to the provider’s collection point.
The only cost charged to the buyer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods (which, in the case of shipping, is calculated according to the price list of the delivery service and depends on whether it is a shipment/package/cargo). We do not accept ransom payments.
Payments made will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days from when the provider receives the returned goods. The received payment is returned to the buyer with the same means of payment that he used.
Complaints will be considered if the provider did not comply with the order agreement (did not deliver the ordered product or only delivered it damaged). The provider undertakes to eliminate the mentioned errors in the shortest possible time.
Zavod Big reserves the right to reject a complaint in the following cases:
if no invoice is attached,
if the goods were not returned in their original packaging,
if the user has used the goods indefinitely until the withdrawal from the contract.
Zavod Big uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments.
8. Protection of personal data
The provider undertakes to protect all private data of the user in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Privacy and Cookie Protection Policy. All personal data of the user of the online store are confidential and will not be forwarded to unauthorized persons under any circumstances.
In order to make a purchase in our online store, it is necessary to collect some of your personal data. We do not pass on the data you provide to third parties, except for the purpose of confirming the validity of the purchase and delivery of the products. The provider implements all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with ZVOP-1.
By making a purchase in the online store, you expressly agree that your personal data that you provide when ordering (name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone) will be stored and used exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling the order, and your e-mail address may be used for direct marketing our same or similar products or services as you purchased in the online store.
Zavod Big is not responsible for the use of the online store of the Zavod Big and for any damage caused by the use of online content located there. The provider makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its pages is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, product features, delivery dates or prices can change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer about the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered product.
Although the provider tries to provide accurate images of the products for sale, all images should be taken as symbolic and do not guarantee the characteristics of the product.
10. Legal notice
The online store is owned by the Zavod Big, which also manages the online store. The contents published on the website are the property of the Zavod Big and its contractual partners and may be used for non-commercial purposes, where they must retain all copyright warnings and therefore may not be copied, reproduced or disseminated in any other way without the permission of the Zavod Big
Sometimes it happens that we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy and reliability of all published data. We will take all warnings seriously and immediately correct the published information.
We do not assume responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of information published on this website or the temporary non-operation of the website and thus the online store.
We reserve the right to make daily changes to content, errors in prices and written text. By using the online store, the customer confirms that he accepts the described conditions and agrees with them.
11. Complaints and Disputes
Any disputes are resolved amicably. If no mutual agreement is reached, disputes are resolved at the competent court in Ljubljana.
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation, obligation regulations and other regulations governing the offering of goods and services via the World Wide Web. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an efficient system for dealing with complaints and to designate a person with whom, in case of problems, the buyer can contact by phone or e-mail. The complaint can be submitted by e-mail to email@example.com or to the postal address of the Zavod Big, Rožna ulica 27, 1000 Ljubljana, or in person at the provider’s address.
Within eight working days, the provider will confirm that it has received the complaint and inform the website user how long it will take to process it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure.
The provider is aware that an essential characteristic of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court. Therefore, the provider makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
